Meet your hosts, Ken and Nickie

Your hosts are fitness trainers and bodybuilding champions Ken and Nickie Ware, the owners of Generations Healthy Life Centre.

Ken Ware is a champion bodybuilder. He won the Mr Universe bodybuilding contest in 1994 and was awarded the Queen's Australian Sports Medal in 2000. He has been practising curative therapy for nearly 20 years, firstly at his clinic in a private hospital then at Generations health centre. He is a fitness trainer as well as a therapist at the health centre and also is a football coach.

Nickie Ware is also a champion bodybuilder. She won the Ms International physique division of the National Amateur Body Building Association (NABBA) in 2009. She won the Senior Sportsperson Australia Day award 2010. Nickie is a fitness trainer and therapist at Generations.
